Legacy General Services was founded with a simple mission: to provide the NW Metro Minneapolis community with honest, high-quality concrete work at fair prices. What started as a small operation has grown into one of the most trusted concrete contractors in the region.
Led by owners Erik J and Rafael M, along with their dedicated team, we've built our reputation on the foundation of hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care for our customers. Every project we take on—whether it's a simple sidewalk repair or a complete foundation pour—receives the same level of commitment and craftsmanship.

Erik J.
Co-Owner & Lead Contractor
Erik brings over 10 years of hands-on concrete experience to every project. He started in the concrete trade in 2015, mastering everything from residential driveways and patios to decorative stamped concrete and foundation work.
His expertise includes proper sub-base preparation for Minnesota's freeze-thaw cycles, air-entrained concrete specifications, and finishing techniques that ensure long-lasting results. Erik personally oversees all projects from estimate to completion.
Rafael M.
Co-Owner & Operations
Rafael joined forces with Erik in 2021, bringing additional construction experience and business expertise to Legacy General Services. He manages day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and ensures every project meets our high standards.
With a focus on clear communication and customer satisfaction, Rafael ensures homeowners are informed throughout their project. He handles scheduling, materials coordination, and quality control.
