Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Legacy General Services website ("Site") and our concrete contracting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

Services Description

Legacy General Services provides concrete contracting services in the NW Metro Minneapolis area, including but not limited to:

• Driveway installation and replacement
• Patio construction
• Sidewalk installation
• Foundation work
• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Concrete repair and resurfacing
• Steps and stoops
• Garage floor installation

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Legacy General Services are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions discovered during work
• Changes requested by the customer
• Unforeseen circumstances or complications
• Material cost fluctuations

We will communicate any significant changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Project Agreements

All projects require a written contract or agreement specifying the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and payment terms. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual project contracts.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Warranty

Legacy General Services provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Specific warranty terms are outlined in individual project contracts. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper maintenance
• Damage from vehicles, equipment, or excessive weight
• Damage from soil movement, tree roots, or natural settling
• Hairline cracks (which are normal in concrete)
• Color variations in decorative concrete

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the project site
• Obtaining necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
• Ensuring access to the work area
• Marking or identifying underground utilities
• Proper maintenance of completed concrete work
• Following cure time recommendations before use

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy General Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use or loss of profits
• Delays caused by weather, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Upload malicious code or content
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission
