Step 2 — Surface Preparation
Diamond grind or shot blast the entire surface to remove contaminants and create a profile for epoxy adhesion.
Step 3 — Crack and Joint Repair
Fill cracks with flexible filler. Fill joints with semi-rigid filler if a seamless floor is desired.
Step 4 — Primer Coat
Apply epoxy primer to penetrate and seal the concrete surface. This creates the bond layer.
Step 5 — Body Coat
Apply the color coat — solid color, chip broadcast, metallic, or quartz system depending on selection.
Step 6 — Clear Top Coat
Apply clear epoxy or polyurethane top coat for UV protection, chemical resistance, and wear resistance.
