ADA-COMPLIANT COMMERCIAL RAMPS & LANDINGS
We pour ADA-compliant concrete ramps and landings for commercial buildings, churches, schools, and public facilities. All ramps meet ADA Standards for Accessible Design — maximum 1:12 running slope, maximum 2% cross slope, 60-inch minimum landings at top, bottom, and turns, edge protection, and handrail provisions. We install detectable warning surfaces (truncated domes) at transitions and ensure proper drainage to prevent ice accumulation.

60-inch minimum landings at top, bottom, and direction changes.
embedded anchors for code-compliant handrail installation.
ADA ramp compliance protects your business from liability and ensures all visitors can access your building safely. We pour concrete ramps and landings with precise slope control, proper landing dimensions, edge protection, and provisions for handrail mounting. Every ADA ramp meets current federal standards and state accessibility codes.
Your commercial building needs wheelchair-accessible entry routes to meet ADA requirements.
Current ramp is too steep, too narrow, or lacks required landings and handrails.
Measure elevation changes, plan ramp geometry within ADA slope and landing requirements.
Form and pour ramp and landings with non-slip finish and embedded handrail anchors.
Verify all slopes, widths, and landings meet ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
ADA allows a maximum running slope of 1:12 (one inch of rise for every 12 inches of run, or about 8.33%). Cross slope must not exceed 2%. For a 30-inch rise, you need at least 30 feet of ramp run — plus landings at top, bottom, and every 30 feet of run.
