ADA Ramps & Landings

ADA-COMPLIANT COMMERCIAL RAMPS & LANDINGS

We pour ADA-compliant concrete ramps and landings for commercial buildings, churches, schools, and public facilities. All ramps meet ADA Standards for Accessible Design — maximum 1:12 running slope, maximum 2% cross slope, 60-inch minimum landings at top, bottom, and turns, edge protection, and handrail provisions. We install detectable warning surfaces (truncated domes) at transitions and ensure proper drainage to prevent ice accumulation.

FAQs About ADA Ramps & Landings

What is the maximum ADA ramp slope?

ADA allows a maximum running slope of 1:12 (one inch of rise for every 12 inches of run, or about 8.33%). Cross slope must not exceed 2%. For a 30-inch rise, you need at least 30 feet of ramp run — plus landings at top, bottom, and every 30 feet of run.
