Options include hardened and sealed finishes, polished concrete, or preparation for epoxy/polyurea coatings.

high-tolerance flatness meeting FF/FL specifications for forklift traffic and pallet racking.
engineered rebar mats and fiber reinforcement for heavy equipment and storage loads.
large-bay pours with shrinkage-compensating concrete minimizing joint maintenance.
Warehouse floors must be flat, strong, and durable enough for years of forklift traffic, pallet racking loads, and heavy equipment. We pour laser-screeded industrial slabs meeting FF50/FL25 or higher flatness specifications with 5,000+ PSI concrete, heavy reinforcement, and joint layouts designed for your racking configuration.
Joints are spalling, curling, or opening wide enough to damage forklift wheels and create product handling problems.
Uneven floors cause forklift instability, pallet racking problems, and inefficient automated equipment operation.
Engineer slab thickness, reinforcement, and joint layout based on loading requirements and racking configuration.
Proof-roll, compact, and fine-grade the subbase to tight tolerances for uniform slab support.
Pour, laser screed, power trowel, and apply hardener/sealer. Saw cut joints at engineered locations.
Standard warehouses typically specify FF35/FL25. High-density racking areas need FF50/FL30 or higher. Very narrow aisle (VNA) systems may require FF100/FL50 in the traffic aisles. We meet the spec your operation requires.
