GARAGE FLOOR SLABS — INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT & LEVELING
Our garage floor services include new slab installation, old slab removal and replacement, and floor leveling. We pour garage floors at 4–6 inch thickness with welded wire mesh or rebar reinforcement, 3,500–4,000 PSI concrete with air entrainment, and proper slope toward the door for drainage. Options include smooth trowel finish, broom finish, or preparation for epoxy coating.

Garage floors take heavy abuse — vehicle weight, road salt, oil drips, tool drops, and freeze-thaw exposure. We pour garage floors designed for this punishment: 4-6 inch thickness, 3,500-4,000 PSI air-entrained concrete, welded wire mesh or fiber reinforcement, and proper slope toward the overhead door for drainage.
Large cracks, heaved sections, or significant settlement make the floor uneven and unusable for vehicles or storage.
The top surface is flaking, pitting, or crumbling from salt damage or poor original mix design.
Saw cut perimeter, break up and remove old concrete, haul debris.
Excavate to proper depth, compact subgrade, install granular subbase, and verify grade and slope.
Set perimeter forms, install reinforcement, pour concrete, screed, float, and finish.
If you plan to apply epoxy, we can pour the slab with a smooth trowel finish (no broom) and avoid curing compounds that interfere with coating adhesion. Let us know your plans upfront for the best result.
