Basement Egress Steps & Window Wells

Basement Egress Steps & Window Wells

BASEMENT EGRESS STAIRWAYS & WINDOW WELLS

Minnesota building code requires emergency egress from finished basement bedrooms — either a window meeting minimum size requirements or a direct exterior stairway. We install basement egress stairways with concrete steps, retaining walls, drainage, and weather-resistant covers. We also install concrete or steel egress window wells with proper sizing, drainage, and step/ladder access. All egress work meets IRC requirements.

Starting at $3000 per installation
