Our Colored Concrete Process
Step 1 — Color Selection
Choose from color charts and samples. For acid stain, we can do test patches on-site to preview the reactive color effect.
Step 2 — For Integral Color — Batch & Pour
Color pigment is added to the concrete mix at the batch plant. The entire truckload is uniformly colored before delivery.
Step 3 — For Acid Stain — Surface Prep & Application
Clean, etch, and neutralize the concrete surface. Apply acid stain in controlled layers to build the desired color depth.
Step 4 — Finishing & Sealing
For integral color, standard finishing and curing compound application. For acid stain, neutralize, rinse, dry, and apply protective sealer.
